In order to instill a sense of ceremony and responsibility in children regarding their promotion to the next grade, students will return to school and engage in activities in their previous year’s classroom. After the promotion ceremony is initiated, children will follow their original class teacher to their new classroom for the upcoming school year. This transition represents their increasing abilities, where the former students will take on the role of “older siblings” to the new students, bearing the responsibility of caring for and looking after the younger ones.
This academic year, the school is focusing on the physical development of young children and is aligning with the lively and active nature of the children. The summer activities will officially commence on Monday, July 29th. Based on the characteristics of the children, the school has designed a summer activity called “Chinese Active Summer Fun” that combines Chinese culture, physical training, and outdoor exploration. The activity aims to allow the children to learn through play, lead the children out of the campus for off-campus experiential learning, so that they can learn through sensory and direct experience, while also understanding Chinese culture in different areas. While the children appreciate the charm of Chinese culture, they can also improve their physical fitness and have an unforgettable and rewarding summer activity.
The summer activity will last for 4 weeks. Some activities (such as water play) require parents to prepare the necessary tools for their children and bring them back to school. Parents are requested to read the relevant notice carefully and prepare the required items for their children as specified. Below is an introduction to the activities and the schedule.
